Now then, now then, the Toy Dolls wrote a song about me, did you know that, goodness gracious?

I am going to start training for the Great North Run, I have decided, so today I'm going for a walk.

I don't want to overdo it, Guys and Gals, so I will have a brisk walk to the pub and back and have a couple of eggnogs.
