But my latest TV and book sees me go back to basics.

In my Ultimate Cookery Course, I strips away the complexities and shows you how to prepare straight-forward tasty dishes at home.

And to those who say they simply can't cook, I reckon they're just not interested enough in trying. There's no one with a genuine interest in learning who can't, with enough practice, become a decent cook.

Not brilliant like I am of course, but a decent cook!
