Ed Miliband urged Move To High-Skill Economy.

The next Labour government would not be able to simply increase tax credits for the less well-off as it did during my years.

And whose fault is that? Certainly not mine.

But I wish Ed Miliband all the best of luck in his failed efforts to gain ground against the Conservatives - how he cannot be more ahead in the polls against a government cutting back on police, benefits, armed forces, and having their ministers boo'd I cannot understand?
