Ed Miliband - My Fake Diary
Saturday, 11 August 2012
I went to Coventry the other day to visit one of the city's leading manufacturing firms.
I was at Pailton Engineering, in Holbrooks, to speak to staff and tour the factory.
Pailton, which manufactures steering systems and employs about 150 people at its Holbrook Lane base, is a keen investor in apprenticeships, taking on several each year.
They have over the years supplied parts for British car manufacturers Standard, Hillman, Austin, Morris, Riley, and Wolseley...
... but of course they are all defunkt now...
