A nine-point advantage would be enough to secure a convincing overall majority of 86 for my Labour Party.
That is in the event that an election was fought on the proposed new constituency boundaries, while the Liberal Democrats would face electoral meltdown - but the end for the Liberal Democrats was assured when they joined with the Tories in the Coalition.
Mind you... could you really see anyone voluntarily joining with Gordon 'Grumps' Brown?
There should have been another election.
