I rounded on the government's legislative programme for the next 12 months, saying it offers "no change, no hope" for the unemployed and families hit by the recession.
"For a young person looking for work, the speech offers nothing," I told MPs.
"For a family whose living standards are being squeezed, this speech offers nothing".
For the millions of people who think the government isn't on their side, this speech offers nothing."
