I see the new Libyan authorities have in the absence of an effective army or police subcontracted out security duties to the thuwar (revolutionary) militias.

And the number of militias has grown enormously too!

What the hell did they expect?

It's not over yet I can tell you - but I am now a man of peace up here in heaven - and I didn't get my promised 54 virgins either!
