The first treaty between the Whiteman and the Redman was signed in 1621 between the Pilgrims and the Massasoit tribe. The pilgrims wanted to call it The Pilgrim-Indian Treaty and the Indians wanted to call it The Indian-Pilgrim Treaty.
The argument got heated and then one hell of a fight broke out and the treaty ended up being annulled.
