The animal has a simian jaw, bulging forehead, small snout and eyes that are so close together that they appear almost attached.

Its front legs are much shorter than its back legs, causing it top hop rather than walk on all fours like a normal piglet.

That piglet looks exactly - and I mean exactly - like a guy I went to school with called Thomas!

The same expression on his face and all.

Maybe Thomas went to live in China and had a kid?

So that's why Monkey Woods changed his location from Beijing olypics stadium!

... and it's also strange that the mascot for the olympics is a monkey - I bet it's a fake!

Is it the year of the monkey or summat?

There are loads of scousers who fake pigs by buying blue lights for their cars, but yeah you got me on that one.

I too had a friend called Thomas at school and even though his surname was Bacon, he looked nothing like that!

Ity sorta looks like that character from Star Wars......

it looks like a deformed pig to me and shock horror that's what it is.

Too much superstition surrounding these deformities. That pig not only has to contend with it's miserable life but its now being photographed and paraded in front of flashing lights and crowds daily.

Much like similar deformed children who unwittingly become media celebrities.
