The Worlds smallest man He Pinping at only 2ft 5 inches was due to open the worlds tallest building today but he was so small he got lost in the crowd and nobody could find him before opening time.
The Burj Dubai at 828 metres is the tallest building ever built and was completed despite Dubai being almost bankrupt with debts of 3.5 billion dollars.
We spoke to project director Greg Sang who was singing its praises "This building is so tall its like putting two empire state buildings together one on top of the other."
