The Austrian Ogre, 73-year-old Josef Fritzl, is seeking his prison's permission to start an e-mail relationship with jailed 22-year-old American Tot Mom Casey Anthony.
"I don't see any harm in it," Fritzl confirmed from his country club prison in the Alps. "It's not like I'm going to escape and stalk or try to imprison poor Casey."
Fritzl imprisoned his own daughter Elisabeth, now 44, in his cellar and fathered seven children with her. Anthony is charged with chloroforming and strangling her two-year-old daughter to death.
"I think we could break the ice by comparing the Austrian and American penal and unemployment systems," said Fritzl from his penthouse prison suite.
Fritzl and Anthony both were unemployed before their arrests.
"If Casey won't accept my e-mails, maybe I could start corresponding with the U.S. woman who had eight babies at once," the Austrian convict said. "She, like Casey, seems to be dumb and self-centered."
