A New Jersey councilwoman is up in arms over a poster of bikini-clad women wearing Aussie Dogs boots displayed in surf shop window because of its location in the historic section of downtown Tuckerton.
Liz Moritz told the owners at a Landmarks Commission meeting Wednesday that the poster she held in her hands was "offensive" and exploited women, but added that she had not received any complaints.
However, Edward Goober, vice-chairman of the commission, stated that the historic area is a perfect place to display a near-naked women.
"I bet Adam's tongue hung out after seeing a naked Eve" stated Goober. "How much more historical can you get?"
"They look just about tuckered out, waiting to be tucked in", joked councilman George Lindsey.
"An excellent economical stimulus package", added Floyd Barber.
The meeting was then adjourned without any action taken and everyone left except Miss Moritz who had somehow missplaced her poster.
