Centennial, Colorado - (Ass Mess): Carol Lynn Pappas, a 53 year old grandmother convicted of killing her baby grand-daughter, has told the court that "spiritual messages from geese" advised her after seeing TV coverage of Broward District Court Judge Larry Seidlin telling Anna Nicole Smith's attorneys to "Stay loose. As a goose!"
Pappas was committed to an indefinite stay in the state mental hospital for the slaying of 21 month old Madison Pappas.
Her defence attorney said that his client had told her son she had been receiving " spiritual advice from geese flying over his house" .
He also quoted her police statement that after watching Judge Seidlin on Court TV she was strangely impressed because the Judge "kept on talking about making a decision in a 'spiritual sense'. And that he told the Anna Nicole hearing that "the candle is going out," about the wife and baby.
The 53-year-old was found not guilty by reason of insanity.
