Galloway faces 18 days' suspension

London - (Rotters): A House of Commons Select Committee has voted to suspend fork-tongued Respect MP George Galloway from the gallows for his part in milking Saddam's Oil-for-Fraud sympathy scam.

Galloway was recently dumped by his Palestinian wife who complained he was disrespectful to her as a woman and lousy in the sack.

He then went off to make an arse of himself in front of millions of daft British TV views watching Big Brother by pretending to be a cat and lapping up Rula Lenska's pheromones.

After countless self re-inventions Galloway has posed as a 'Respect' Party MP where he has used strong anti-Bush rhetoric to divert attention away from his corrupt background.

Today's vote in the Commons means Galloway will be allowed to hang for 18 days before being allowed back into the Palace of Westminster.

Traditional stocks are being prepared for his punishment but he may appeal the sentence on the grounds that MPs have no constitutional authority over him or anybody else for that matter while ex-Prime Monster Tony Blair is still loose in the cash-for-peerages probe.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
