A recent European directive has ordered all remaining European royal houses to standardise on one form of address.
As of 01:30 today, all reigning monarchs are to use the honorific Ceasar instead of the wide range of other titles such as crowned prince, king or queen.
A spokesman for the EU stated that this piece of legislation had been instroduced to standardise monarchy throughout Europe and to make it easier for monarch to work in any member state.
Buckingham Palace were asked to comment on behalf of Ceasar Elisbeth I but declined.
