A horrible Beast has been found in the River Lea near the Olympic Park where geese have been mysteriously disappearing.
It was found by John Moose, a resident of Hackney who was out fishing on the river. 'It suddenly emerged from the water and gobbled the goose in no time' he said 'I think it was the Loch Ness monster.'
Scottish experts have queried this suggesting, saying that the journey from Loch Ness to London would have been difficult for the monster.
This raises the possibility that there is a River Lea Monster related to the Loch Ness Monster. It could have got trapped in the river after swimming up the Thames from the north sea.
Monster spotters are flocking to the areas where Moose saw the Monster and several geese have been drafted in the help the search.
A Royal spokesperson declared that the Monster had better not swallow a swan otherwise the Queen would be after it. Buckingham Palace however fear this could be the Queen's swansong.
