Rocko's Perspective - What's the Fuss About "Did You Know?"

Funny story written by Rocko the Zen Wallaby

Friday, 22 March 2013

Lately, everyone here in the Acme Network is addicted to this Facebook page called "Did You Know?". It is full of unbelievable information that are hard to believe sometimes.

Here are some facts and my perspectives about them:

1. The coins thrown into the Trevi fountain in Italy are collected for charity.

Well, I wonder if some people secretly get those coins to ensure that they WON'T return to Rome.

2. Tree hugging is forbidden in china.

I'd rather hug a bush there. But it doesn't make sense why it's forbidden. Superstitions, perhaps?

3. The US shreds 7,000 tons of worn out currency each year.

To avoid waste of those, better iron them.

4. There are 43,252,003,274,489,856,000 different color combinations possible on a Rubik's Cube.

No wonder the Grand Magus of DotA is named Rubick. That's hardcore.

...And, there are more listed but I can't fit them all here. What are your perspectives on them, by the way? All of them are my perspectives, so feel free to show off yours as you like.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
