Left wing think tank Jizzmop have released a report in which they say that modern democracy is not compatible with the ideals of modern democracy.
Spokesman Leonardo Jizzmop explained that the problem lies with majority rule. "In a democracy, the majority can out-rule a minority, and that's really unfair on minorities."
One example Mr Jizzmop likes to give is that of Hitler, who was democratically elected by a majority, but who ruthlessly oppressed minorities who presumably didn't vote for him.
"Under democracy, one can never have a minority-led government. It's an inherently unfair system which discriminates against minority groups."
Jizzmop then suggests a new form of government which he believes would produce a fairer system. He calls it political orthocracy after the Greek words for "political" and "correct".
Under a political orthocracy, the government would not be elected and would rule as a dictatorship who favours the interests of minorities, not the majority. Any policy which was believed to favour the majority would be rejected. Only laws which gave advantages to minority groups would be passed.
As Mr Jizzmop says, "The happiness of the few is more important than the petty desires of the masses. Now that's true democracy."
