Sometimes playing dumb in movies an on TV is a natural gift. Perhaps this explains why Cheers star, Woody Harrelson, took a wrong turn and plowed his vehicle into Central Park last night, running over a pedestrian...named Woody Harrelson.
It all started when Woody, leaving a Manhattan hot spot began driving mid-lane in his pickup truck which is fairly easy to spot because there are not all that many pickup trucks in Manhatten.
So it was the Hollywood chase as police spotted the middle-of-the-road driver and gave chase, all the way up to 45 MPH, but remember this is in Manhattan, not Hazzard.
While attempting to escape the, by now, six police cars, Woody turned off a side road and across Central Park when he hit a tree.
Placing the truck in park, since he had just seen "Park" on a sign he had passed, Woody then began to get out and run.
However, according to witnesses who had not already ran for their lives, the truck was not in park at all but neutral, and as the front end came back down the tree, if knocked Woody to the ground and ran over his right hand and leg.
This was when the police got to him, finally subduing Woody as he began shouting about "The Zombies!"
Yep, it was the zombies once again, same as at the airport.
However, after this second mishap and arrest, the zombies must be what the guy is drinking, not the beings from his last movie.
Witnesses said that maybe he has already became a zombie himself, because he was sure walking funny when he was being escorted away with a patrol officer on each side.
