Legendary Viz character 8 Ace has been found alive and well living in Hong Kong. Ace, last seen arguing with the magazines Geordie editor-in-chief in Gateshead, was believed to have fallen overboard on a booze cruise to Ostend.
Ace is reported to have remarried and started a successful window company in Wanchai, Hong Kong. When confronted about his past he retorted in a thick Scottish accent, "Lend me $4.88, I need to ring my US clients from the phone box in 7/11."
