We hate that duck too, Monkey boy

News from the house of Keith Harris is that Orville, the cuddly, somewhat pathetic duck from the 1980's is on strike, following the example of Mikey, a belligerent 8 month mallard in sunny Sunderland.

The green chap refuses to work, to wake up, even to utter his phrase 'I wish I could fly', which worries 80's TV survivor, Keith Harris, who listed David Blaine, and David Hasselhoff amongst his show business fans. The TV star spoke to us earlier:

"I am really worried about Orville. He has not been at all himself lately, and I cannot help but feel somewhat responsible. I hope he gets better soon, we have rehearsals for Panto in Rhyll starting in November."

When asked, Cuddles the Monkey shrugged and said: "I hate that Duck!" Oh, that joke never gets any funnier.

Famous ducks such as Donald, and Howard from the 1980's documentary Howard the Duck are also said to be on strike, but as neither of them has been working lately, it does not really matter to us at all.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
