London - (Rioters): It's over. Channel 4 has dumped Celebrity Big Racist 2008 after commerical sponsors revolted and refused to associate themselves with a racism-fuelled product showcasing Essex-girl fat slags disguised as starlets.
More than 5,000,000 UK TV viewers complained after January's broadcast where loathsome loudmouth Jade Goody spoke up for a generation of her fellow morons brought up to think mocking Asians is a recreational skill.
The ensuing furor cost Channel 4 the loss of sponsors Carphone Whorehouse as well as substantial fines imposed by broadcasting regulators who condemned the choice of fat slags like Goody as "imbecilic impostors masquarading as TV talent."
"Channel 4 will lie low for a while," a spokesman said today.
"We can't afford another fiasco where lunatic fringe wannabe somebodys wreak destruction on our viewing figures and make us seem as an outreach office of the British national party">
