Unfortunate rock-god Alice Cooper told of his Hell as his hands were stapled to the floor of his Los Angeles home. Cooper said, "I was having some fun with a staple gun, and look what happened."
One Spoof photographer managed to get a snap of the hard rock legend in his compromising position, that picture can be seen by all and sundry with this article. It took firemen five minutes to remove the staples using a staple remover.
Christian pressure group Christians United against Nasty Things called for a ban on staple guns, saying that "If a rock star and tool of Satan uses such devices, then we'll buy Blu-Tack."
The spokeswoman Cindy Blowme later added, "and they're dangerous too."
Cooper was in hospital with staple wounds to the hands and carpet burns. A spokesman for the star said that he was 'too traumatised' to say what his experience was like. We can only imagine it was agonising.
