Finland- Cellular phone giant Nokia has just announced its' recent acquisition for the year 2004, Kia Motors of Korea.

Whilst the move is widely seen as a diversification in line with Nokia's business strategy, some business analysts are shocked and confused at the acquisition.

"What is this? They wanna make cell phones with built in cars? Or cars with built in cell phones? Or a portable car that you can call with? I mean, what is the strategy?" commented Mr. Moon Helsinki, noted business expert on mergers and acquisitions.

A Nokia spokesman said that this was just a simple acquisition and nothing more. "Nokia just wants to grow, just like any other profit generating company in the free world. Is there any unwarranted motive in this move? I think not. The only problem we face now is what the new name of the merged division will be. We will be requesting customers of Nokia Phones and Kia Cars to give us suggestions."

So far, the top three suggestions based on customer surveys are:

1) Nokiakia
2) JustKia
3) Yes!Kia
