This is the best poem I have thus far read in this thread.

I second that! In fact, I might go so far as to start a poetry corner thread, one of these days.

"Er, I don't know how to answer that. I have to admit that 'these days' is a kind of lazy conceit. Obviously there are no days laid out awaiting selection like so many hats or ceremonial cummerbunds. Oh dear.

"What are we going to do now?"

"I don't know. I was only trying to find out if you had a start date in mind for the Poetry Corner thread."
