As of now, I have 14 Magazine articles... three are new and the others date to year 2010.

I have no wish to disrupt any forum in any way but... I am curious as to why I am not allowed to begin a new topic on one of my submissions.

*I will also note that due to my extended absence, I am still catching up here. I blundered on another forum dealing with acronyms and I do apologize. I recall the difficulty involved in getting published at times but also understand again why, so... it is a matter of reconnecting.
