I have mentioned the musician Mark Villarosa a few times in threads on here about music, and even in a few of my stories. He's the real deal as far as talent goes. Aside from that, he's a nice guy as I've talked to him a few times via another online place.

Sadly, his uncle has gone missing while visiting Vietnam and he's trying everything he can think of to help find him. If you live in London, you might have heard about it as it's been in the paper at least once.

He's asking for people to sign a petition to help persuade the Filipine Enbassy (the uncle is from the Filipines) to put pressure on the police in Vietnam to look for him with more urgency. It doesn't matter where you're from, but would you consider signing it, just to help them?

All I know is that there is no where I wouldn't go, or nothing I wouldn't try if someone I loved went missing....

petition

Also, here is a video plea about it:

Thanks,
Ellie

Have they tried looking in the last place they left him?

I haven't signed yet but I will do in a minute after I've been to the toilet.

I'm a martyr to me bowels lately

Just heard that they have received 1000 signatures in a 24 hour period or so. The Filipino Embassy in London has new become involved....

Again thanks for signing and if could share the link on your Facebook or twitter.... I am sure the family would be grateful.

Thanks!

Ellie

Me too....a very sad situation. I wish the embassy would have gotten involved sooner. Why does it take a petition to make people do the right thing?
