I popped 'round this affy n spent ages making it... with duck juices and carrots and leeks and celery all sweated down then strained with a bit of plain flour added.. I refused to add orange zest though...

As I was leaving I said... Keep stirring the bugger or Skoob will go booloo when it sticks and burns.

I was thanked for my efforts and after a pint of sweetened Yorkshire tea gave my farewells and slooped off.
