I wondered why Cadbury's bought out Ty-phoo tea in the 70's.

this sounds like a forum thread. "As demure as Madonna with a tin cup bustier" "As usefull as teets on a bull" "As sober as Charlie Sheen on Dollar Beer Night" "As hot as Phyllis Diller in a bikini" Next? |

Wow....every time I melt chocolate, I burn it. I won't be attempting it any time soon.

Ellie, as long as you don't bum it, no problem

Secret of success = melt it in pot over boiling water - that way you only burn yourself Ellie
For what it's worth I made a chocolate and cookie base that way for a Key Lime pie during the hols. It was great!

Lynton- Sad thing is...I always use a double boiler. I once even went into this chocolate factory where I live and asked them what I did wrong, and they kind of laughed at me and said, "Chocolate is tricky." I've always wanted to learn how to make chocolate though. Of course, I've also always wanted to be a pastry chef, and chop veggies like a pro.
