Hello Arm,

It was good. Pub was really busy, but that was only to be expected. I met Churchmouse and Rebel Not Taken for the first time, and they're both great blokes. Colonel Juan was there with Mathilde De La Mole, Ellis Ian Fields and various groupies.

Unfortunately, some couldn't make it, despite their best efforts (Your good self included) but there's always another day.

These get togethers are good fun. Everyone should have one with those within reasonable travelling distance.

I recall Lynton once saying that you could put any number of Spoofers together in an informal setting, and they'd all get along like a house on fire, even if it doesn't always seem that way online.

We had a prize draw too, and sadly Arm - you won the booby prize, which entails cracking a bottle or two with me in a cosy hostelry.

27th to 30th of December is good for me, as I plan having a quiet Xmas with the Mrs - but we can pop out for a couple of hours for a jar or two. PM or Email me and we'll see if we can work it out.
