I'm dead livid, I am.

If I might explain - I'm working at six in the morning, and today I finished at two. So what I usually do, is have a bite to eat, a beer or a coffee, have a look on the computer, or maybe watch the telly for an hour or two, then go for a nap for a couple of hours. (It's me age!)

That way, I'm wide awake when the wife gets in at ten thirty, so I can enchant her wiv me dynamic personality, then go to bed, and get by on four or five hours sleep, coz I've 'ad me nap.

But today, I haven't had me nap. Buggering about with one thing and another, and now it's turned seven. If I go for me nap, I'll be falling asleep at work in the morning because I won't get a proper kip tonight, and if I don't go for me nap I'll be knackered when the wife gets in.

I'm in a right two and eight here.

I shall have a beer - that oughta sort it.

Had a couple of beers and I'm currently watching Billy Connolly doing Route 66 - just got to rustle up some scran, then I'm off up the wooden hill.

About 11pm BST and I'll be zonked.
