My taxes helped pay for the time spent writing and voting on this really fine piece of legislation:

'Noodling'

Texans will be able to use their bare hands to catch catfish, using their fingers as bait, officially legalizing "noodling." State-issued fishing licenses and freshwater fishing stamps are required. HB2189

Unfortunately trout and salmon 'tickling' is still illegal in Britain - how enlightened these Texans are!

Exactly, these HUGE manly looking fishermen using neon pink, yellow, lime green and aqua blue noodles beating the crap out of a catfish......

again....and again....and again....and again....

over and over until the fish can't take it anymore and dies.

Being in Texas I suppose he might then kick it a little with the point of his cowboy boot. Then it jumps (stupid neanderthal catfish nervous systems!)and he beats it some more!
