Yes, agree.

I don't have any of his stuff apart from the bluesbreakers album he did with John Mayall, but I remember hearing an early sixties Fleetwood Mac album when I was a kid just developing my ears, and it jumped out at me then. I also remember hearing a shit hot Suggie Otis album full of some smokin blues riffs, but it was a long time ago and maybe I was just new to everything. It's hard to track these things down today.

Listening to Freddie King at the moment and loving it.

Absolutely. Love the blues myself.

I've got some early Fleetwood Mac on vinyl somewhere in me heap of old LPs.

Essential.

Otis Rush does it for me.

As one fan notes

"High notes his biches(sic),he wants they do"

Top man Victor.

Early Buddy Guy - some of that pretty hair-raising too.

A Buddy Guy fan also, have the boxed set.

Alone and Acoustic with Junior Wells is one of my favourites.

Yep. That Buddy Guy/Junior Wells album is great. Love the track 'High Heal Sneakers'.

Well, a blues love in. Just what the doctor ordered.
