Apparently super injuctions only apply in Britain so why can't YOU KNOW WHO be named in an American or Candian or European journal?

It seems that by the time super injuctions are taken out, 75% of the people who 'care' already know the names of individuals involved in said incidents.

This means that I cannot take out a super injuction because I am in Canada.

Am I getting this correct because it is all 'new' stuff to me?

In France everything to do with personal privacy is enshrined in the law however everyone knew about the indiscretions of Mitterand, Sarkhozy and other famous figure but can't say or write anything public about it. However 'Le Canard Enchaine' the French verison of 'Private Eye' does a dame good job of uncovering a lot of what goes on in ways that they can't be touched.

We can now say his name. The news channels were relishing how many times they could say it.

...it really is a good 'tool' but does have some maddening habits...like a few nuns I used to know....it sometimes writes it's own words and if you don't catch 'em
they go right off to press with a mind of their own...back on the big machine now...
