I once met Prince Charles when I lived in England's smallest city.

Along by the moat that surrounds the Bishop's Palace.

There is a vegetable plot at the end and he was looking wistfully over the gate.

Shan't say how the conversation went, official secretion act and all that.............

And when I saw 'smallest city' I don't mean that everything in it is small.

I'm not talking Legoland here, some of the buildings are reasonably sized.

There are some small people however, I even saw a midget once.
