Uhh... we're going to create a story based on songs. So, song titles, album titles, artist names, blah de blah.

for example:

ALICE
His Story Repeats Itself [Chiodos]

BOB
And We All Become Like Smoke [The Ataris]

The artist of the album or song you put in [square brackets].
Nothing made up please!

------------

Better than Oh! [Jimmy Eat World]

We'd be better off trying to guess the weight of Katie Price's brain.

My guess would be 12 ounces.

Nay, 'tis the gappa linguistica, a bit like the Cumberland Gap, only it doesn't make your chewing gum lose its flavour, nor does it have anything to do with cor blimey trousers.

Okay . We make up a word-acsociation based only on song titles and album titles.

For example, if I were to go 'All Signs Point to Lauderdale', and the next person goes 'Where the Streets Have No Name', that is what we have.

SO:

ALICE

"All Signs Point to Lauderdale" [A Day to Remember[

BOB

"Where the Streets Have No Name" [U2]

CHARLIE

"The City of Devils" [Yellowcard]

-----

So, you guys continue. It's word association, but with song titles. If I can explain it to my dad, who is adamant my music makes me gay, then I'm sure anyone can get it.

Who's this Alice, then? She seems a bit of a sort.

Anyway:

Alice: Can you hear me knockin' (Stones)

Bob: I Hear You Knockin' (Dave Edmunds)

Alice: Knock Knock Who's There? (Mary Hopkin)

Bob: Knock Three Times (Dawn)

Alice: Knock On Wood (Floyd, Cropper). Standin On The Outside Looking In Now (Hank Thompson)

Bob: Stay Away (Nirvana)

I really think this has something Pinteresque to it.
