Absolutely.

Nude mud wrestling with young nuns.

Highly recommended.

Great topic and very topical

Hey...I am being 'practical' in this post....

Mud is a custodian's nightmare in schools this time of year. The poor custodians are cleaning hallways all day long as students head outdoors for recesses and back indoors bringing with all of them MUD.

Some students love to roll in it fully clothed or get a kick out of pushing others into it.

In an effort to cut down on it tonight - I tried to keep as many of my kids inside - rather than go out to play in the mud then run into school to collect their backpacks and head for their buses.

Mud means different things to each of us LOL

LONG LIVE MUD - FROGS LOVE TO HIDE IN IT AS DO OTHER CREATURES.

IT COOLS SOME ANIMALS DOWN - I BELIEVE HIPPOS THOUGH I STAND TO BE CORRECTED.

PERSONALLY - I HATE THE STUFF COZ WHEN I WENT ON A FIELD TRIP WITH A CLASS...A KID LOST HIS WELLIES AND I TRIED TO GET HIM OUT AND I GOT STUCK. ALL ENDED. WELL! BUT I STILL HATE TO MESS WITH IT.

A FEMALE MUD WRESTLER I WILL NEVER BE....HEY...HAVE YOU SEEN KATHY BATES NAKED? IN THE HOT-TUB WITH JACK NICHOLSON IN THAT MOVIE....? THAT'S A BIT LIKE ME-KATHY - NOT JACK.. LOL

Mud has beneficial stuff in it. It had some stuff I forgot the name of.

It was in the Economist - there, it cannot be untrue.

Nude nuns, that's the beneficial stuff to have in mud.

Failing that, nude dancing girls, acrobats, that kind of thing.

Very beneficial, that.

Mutually Unthinkable Destruction (MUD) was a cold war concept! However, there was a typo namely MAD; hence the concept was changed to Mutually Assured Destruction.

Hello Arm, nice to see you again, old chap.

Not that you're an old chap, but...well you know what I mean.

I love mud.

It's great.

Booting a football around in the mud...you can't beat it.

Ask any old time Derby County footballer. They very nearly won the European Cup in mud, when they played home games at the Baseball Ground.

There's also 'slutch' which is very much like mud, but runnier. You can remove 'slutch' with a Slutch Pump, but proper mud would probably clog it up and burn the motor out.

Kindest

Skoob.

Jaggedone, I was but a twinkle in my papa's eye when it was released....but fondly remember growing up and hearing that depressing tune every Christmas.

A real wrist slitter that's for sure.

I got stuck in mud once when I was little.
Trapped.
It was like quicksand...except the mud version.
There was me and another little fella trapped up to our knees in the middle of a forest surrounded by burly men.
They were woodcutters, not paedophiles.
The paedo's were in the meadow just North of there.

Mud.
The very name brings back so many childhood memories.
Repressed memories which this thread has unleashed and now devour my very being.

Mud.
Thy name is...mud.

An Ode to Mud

Oh! thou art dark and squiggy
Ye doth work thy way up my britches.
Art, has nought known your pleasure.
Till women with big tits.
Did wrestle among yu.

I Thank yor.
