Prisoners voting rights is big issue. On the one hand, why the hell would you vote for the people who have the LAWS that put you in prison, and on the other, prison is for those who have lost thier rights because of their actions.

I remember reading about that some nutjobs in America are attempting to strip prisoners of ALL rights (bar the right to a fair trial - and even that is trying to be added to the list). The money that could be spent on getting prisoners to vote, and passing the bill and stuff, could actually go to help rehabilitate the prisoners themselves.

In fact, did you know, the cost to set up a prison is the same as two secondary schools? TWO! That's twice the amount of people for thr same money! It'd be much cheaper to put everyone on comm. service, and leave prison for rapists, murderers and other nasty pieces of work.

Also...why should they be given the vote...coz THEY have Jesus. That's why none of us atheists can find him coz he's in prisons all over the world.

They get too bleeding much already. IMHO!
Don't give them the vote TOO! That is just ridiculous.
