Chinese state television has been accused of broadcasting a clip from the film "Top Gun" and claiming it was from a real air force exercise.

--------------------

In a previous case in 2007, China's state-run Xinhua news agency issued a news story about a discovery related to multiple sclerosis, which was accompanied by an X-ray showing the head of cartoon character Homer Simpson.

It could take some time.

They would first have to find a promising young nine year old and then have the state train him or her to compete at an international level.

True...and if they didn't like the child's 'looks' they'd have to find a 'pretty good looking one' and dub the voice.

But wait a minute? Isn't there a strict limit on Freedom of Speech in China? The kid'll get executed the minute he signs up!

Everyone has the right to be executed in China.

It's part of the Constitution.
