Is there a Discussion Forum Anonymous Group?

I need help. I'm addicted and I seem to be alone with my addiction. I don't know how it began, I don't know why it began and I don't know what to do about it.

It's the first thing I think about when I wake up. I am anxiously watching the clock at work, waiting for the time that I can come on site and get my 'fix'.

I hang back after work, just to get my 'fix' on the Discussion forum before I drive home.

As soon as I get home....you've guessed it....Discussion forum.

I've been trying to hide my addiction from my husband, but he is getting a tad suspicious because....normally I would come home and ask for a beer....now I come home and head straight for my laptop and - you've guessed it....my Discussion thread 'fix'.

I mainly go on the forum to avoid writing. Odd, really, because I do want to write. But there is this resistance thing that makes me not write. So I don't write.

One of these days I hope to start writing again.

I don't understand this at all.

Yet you can't add up the sum total of consciousness. All there is in the end is a lot of individual minds each experiencing life alone.

In this sense, for example, 10000 people with toothache is no worse than 1. The pain isn't multiplied, see?

Tonight I have 'tried' to stay away from the Discussion Forum. I really, really, did. I watched 'Eastenders' (we are about 2 years or so behind here in Canada) but I DID watch it. The whole episode I watched. Then I dozed off for a few minutes because I'd had couple of beers, but the minute my eyes poppped open...here I am...back on the Discussion Forum.

Maybe a trip to Mars would cure me. After all, I just loved the 'Life on Mars' t.v. series.
