OMG!


A gardener was horrifically killed after being decapitated when a rope around his neck was dragged into a wood chipper.

Miguel Vargas desperately fought to avoid being pulled into the chipper after the rope was fed into the churning mechanism.

I knew a guy who got dragged through a plastics grinder. He was grinding up some matting - it tangled around his leg and dragged him in.

I can't imagine how he must have felt.

The worst thing was that the local paper reported that there was no body to recover - only sludge. The factory owners were prosecuted for corporate manslaughter but I never did find out the outcome.

There's no punchline. It's true. Guy was about 25.
