Nah JO

That'd never work. We don't have a satellite dish.

Or cable.

We've got some wires, but they're all fixed to lamps and stuff.

I've heard of Omega 3 though - that's the one where they show old comedies like Last Of The Summer Wine, Bread, and The Good Life.

Regards

Skoob.

Omega 3, wasn't that a Twilight Zone Episode.

Rod Serling: For your consideration, a spoof website called...The Spoof (uncreative little bastards!)Average to just plain weird joes and joesephines writing till their fingers bleed, only to see their point scores plummet at the end of the week...

Take it!....

I had a good idea once.
Or at least I thought I did.
But it turned out not so good.

Then I had it again.
But that turned out not so good too.

I'm not going to have any more.............

Jaggedone after carefully checking a reliable source:

Urban Dictionary: wind-up
A "Wind-up merchant" is somebody who is disposed to wind others up, a habitual liar, or prankster.

There is no animosity in this definition, you have to imagine the Rod Serling voice when you read the above, especially the "uncreative little bastards" bit and then hopefully have a good laugh, because Rod Serling was hysterical in my book. I am poking fun at myself too.

If we put all of our good ideas together - the ones we've all forgotten of course....we'll end up with a blank page.

No...that's downright stupid. I have a good idea though....I'll go and look for it and bring it back...if I remember....

Excused of course! But surely you've heard of the Twilight Zone, albeit early American Telly-vision. One of the early science fiction, other dimension, type shows. My favorite is the one with a little boy with special powers who is the only one who can make the television work, and of course being 6 years old his favorite thing is dinosaurs fighting. Anybody argues with him gets "wished out into the corn field" bye bye!

My own fave was Burgess Meredith as the last man alive, an avid reader, who broke his glasses.

Classic stuff.

Rod Stirling Albion.
