Due to the agreable weather and disagreable economic climate, I've taken to drinking 4.2% cider which works out as an attractive 35p a pint - providing you buy two litres at tesco or asda for £1.32
Allowing for 'head' and spillage this is close enough to 4 pints. I think I can put back 6-10 pints of this in hot weather but how long would it take to do 100? Or is it even possible? |

After 20 pints you end up drowning.
And Sainsbury's 'Basics' 4.2% cider is only 86p per 2L bottle this week, special offer. |

The amount of water would probably kill you anyway.
the alcohol won't do you any good either because the lethal dose of alcohol = about 400mg/100ml blood 100 pints is about 50litre and thus equivalent to just over 2l of pure alcohol which is about equivalent to 3-4 bottles of pure spirit Pissed and hot that's no good - stick to lemonade |

Take a day trip to London, August 28th. Be positively balmy. Or even a bit barmy. Think on. Regards Skoob. |

That's good news although I'd like to remind readers that it is possible to get very drunk on 4% cider despite what my granny says. She believes it is not possible to get drunk on beer or cider. Either she is wrong or the 1940s were more 'wired' than I thought. |

Some uni's used to have the 100 draft club.
Usually just two or three football linemen made the club. |

4.2% ? Must have 7 - 9 % beer. Just about £1 a pint...in Canada in cans....Carlsberg Special here..but don't know the price of it these days......
Landed in London this morning. Now In Leicester using sister-in-law's small lapton....frustrating as hell. Left the heat behind us. Take care Lynton...you should have the stones made into a bracelet or something LOL LG I'll be trying some of that cider though..... |

Sent the stones for analysis apparently and believe it or not I'm out already prostate zapped, piddling razor blades, and the appointment for the rock in my kidney on the doormat this morning - who's complaining about the NHS?
The only time chaps that you need to worry about prostate exams is when the doc says 'look no hands!'. Surprised to be out so quickly since most of my hospital experience has been a lot longer. |
