I've got a theory based on actually and TV evidence that Rachels are on the whole, fit and if there are exceptions there are less than other names.

Any thoughts?

I think that any Rachels who have aspirations to appear on TV are first 'screened' for ugliness, and those that show signs of it are bounced out onto the street, leaving the TV bosses with 'the cream of the Rachels'.

Mind you, have you seen the former English cricketer Rachael Heyhoe-Flint? She's obviously one that 'slipped through the net'.

Hey ho!

Obviously, she's now 'in the twilight of her career', but, I suppose, you could say 'she's had a good innings'. At least she's got some of her own hair left.

Apparently, she is from Wolverhampton, which, I can tell you, is too close for comfort to Dudley.

She's 141 today.

Rachel is a 'common' name. How many girls/women named Anne-Marie do you know? If ANY....I bet they are all gorrrrrrgeous just like me

Regarding this, I remain

I do know a gorgeous AnnaMarie, actually.
You are not alone.

No. Seriously.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE. There's someone behind the curtains!

I've never met an ugly Fabannagazzatanana.
Then again, I've never met any Fabannagazzatanana's.

Rachels ugly or cute normally have big brothers called Jake and Abe and can't come out dancing on Friday nights.

That's very true Lynton - there's a lot of pretty 'trailer trash' girls in the UK but they're always surrounded by dumb knuckleheads looking for fights.
