I was trying to log in last night and got an error page. Then later just trying to open the page came the same error page. Anyone else have this problem? Have we pissed off the wrong people??? Or was it just website maintenance?

Something was amiss last night. I got error messages into the night last night. But all was well this morning.

Yes, it was a technical issue. Many apologies - as soon as I got wind I fixed the problem.

Speaking of paranoid conspiracy, I was hanging out at a local pizza place this evening with my sister and "Reina McSpamster" (her 18-month-old daughter) and there was a paperback book on one of the tables by a guy claiming not only that he was abducted by aliens, but that he is an alien-human hybrid. It seems that the space aliens are just waiting for the right moment to reveal to humanity that some of us are really Out There, or from Out There.

Say, maybe it's true, then, that President Obama isn't REALLY an American...

Well Obama is really the alien human hybrid. I just wish he would call the mother ship to shoot a frickin huge laser beam to plug up that stupid oil spill. But maybe the alien overlords want us to f' up the planet cause they like their food dripping with grease...

just a reminder from my last story on EU food labeling:
