Um,

Good predictions.

Honduras v Chile 0-1

Spain v Switzerland 2-0 (Spain won't go mad. They'll go for a comfortable win, as they're expected to progress. They won't risk getting injuries.)

South Africa v Uruguay 1-1 (Uruguay will keep it tight I reckon.)

Regards

Skoob.

Why limit it to results? What about spread betting like they advertise at half time. My predictions are:

First Vuvuzela thrown at a player -
South Africa v. Uruguay 76th minute

Coin toss in Spain v. Switzerland -
Heads

First player to puke in the tunnel -
Georgie Welcome, Honduras

Highest scoring dive of the competition, 1st week -
Daniele De Rossi - scores: 7 8 7 7 9
see it here

Great idea, Monkey Woods.
I couldn't have come up with a better idea myslef.

Well done, Skoob, with the Chile prediction.

Shock result today with Spain.
Very impressed with Chile. Like the look of that lad Sanchez, the Chilean number 7. One to watch (not for Steie Wonder, obviously)

Let the games continue:

Tonight:

South Africa V Uruguay (Or 'Paraguay' as I often refer to them)- 1-0

Tomorrow:

Argentina V South Korea - 3-1

France V Mexico - 2-0

Greece V Nigeria - 0-2

Jesus you are a LOONY, Zuid Afrika are playing Uruguay (same continent, different cunt-tree)

As for everybody on the planet (including me) SPAIN FUCKING LOST! I've just downed a liter of Sangria and actually, England don't look too bad after this result!

Well, Jaggedone, we were close enough wit the Argentina result (4-1).

Those fucking hairy Greek bastards won today. I hate them. But admittedly, Nigeria's team is probably their worst ever in a World Cup. And that chap who got sent off was a tool.

Oh, how I long for the days of powerful, skillful Yekini and Amokachi from USA '94.....

Still France to come (oo-err!)

Tomorrows games predictions time:

Engerland V Algeria 3-0 (this should wipe away the badness of the last pathetic effort)

Slovenia V USA 1-1

Germany V Serbia 2-0

Tips: Deutschland 1 v Serbia 2
US 2 v Slovania 1
Rooney 4 v Algeria 1

That'll wipe the smug scheisser off of Beckenbauers sauerkraut mush anyway!

Yeah, Spain were bad.
You think the Germans will lose to Serbia? Interesting.
We'll just have to see, wont we?
Unless I used my time machine.....

Nearly, Skoob, but it doesn't matter. Now, all we need is for Uruguay and Mexico to come to an amicable agreement to play out a 0-0 draw on Tuesday, and the Frogs will be back in Paris before teatime.

With a statement like that, anyone could be forgiven for thinking that you and Fergus McCarthy could be one and the same.

Heaven forbid. He's more of a gentleman than you.

Not that you aren't.

Just saying...

My lovely Brasilians play soon. Ah, I love to watch a GOOD soccer match.

Better watch my mouth. Don't wanna jinx anything. It's not like they creamed N. Korea in the first match.

We shall see.

Already 1-0. I'm happy for the time being.

My husband said there is a saying among Brasilians that goes something like:

Brasilians don't like to show their game.

What this means is, they keep their secrets mainly to themselves during the first half of a game and then in the second half, they start to show some of their secrets--too late for their opponents to catch on.

I like that approach. Now if i could just apply it to my satire....

What a result! I literally bet my pension on this - and now look - I'm a multimillion-pence-er!

Yep £1027.60 after tax. In my fund.

I can retire early - like before I die. That's the government screwed - ha! I'll take my £1027.60 and invest it and live the life of Reilly.

All the .. well you know.. .. hmph...
