I love nostalgia.

I remember as a kid wondering why older people were either all miserable gits, or why they all waxed lyrical about the worst days of their lives?

As I approach my 100th birthday, I realise that I too have turned into a grumpy old bastard. Somehow, there was something romantic about being in fear for your life just going to the chippy.

As far as I'm concerned these nostalgiacs can stick it up their arses.

I've got 500 channels on my telly, and it goes on 24/7

But there's still fuck all on.

Apart from 'Going Postal' from the book by Terry Pratchett, which if you read this Fergus McCarthy, is on, on Sunday May 30th on Sky HD and Sky Anytime.

Cheers

Skoob

My pleasure Fergus.

Thanks for the colours thing. Always baffles the grandkids.

Me too.

I hope it's good. I read the book. They should do the Guards ones.

Is this about the study of nostrils?

Devil of a subject.

HA! is a great word.

I'm getting it tattooed on my hand, so every time I shake hands with people they will either smile or think I'm laughing at them..............

I'm thinking of having it tattooed on my forehead in reverse writing.

So it'll cheer me up when I'm shaving.

Ha!

Regards

Skoob.

Incredulous - I still don't know where you went missing for those four days - there again I suppose you don't either- but welcome back.

I know what you mean, Skoob.

Well actually, no.
No I don't.

I have nostalgia for things that haven't happened yet.
And I expect them to be great.
