Actually, I'm not qualified for a general discussion about life; I was only a Commander, two steps short, you see.

But my life has general shortfalls like everyone else's does, and I suppose that gives me some right to speak.

So, here goes:

Along life's dark road
I fall into deep ditches.
I screwed the pooch, too.

Please feel free to add to this misery.

I sat down gratefully at the roadside
The pooch started screwin'my leg!

I ditched the pooch
Then I walked a bit more
And fell into another ditch
It was there I met Gloria
She was a dirty old bitch
But she was mine.

Actually, LG, in my general experience, life is a bitch, then you marry one, then you either die or get divorced and loose everything; therefore you should have died. Is that at all existential?

I always heard it was: Life's a bitch, then you marry one, then you die, then they bury you next to her.

In my experience, life's a bitch, then you marry a wonderful girl, then you fuck it up, then life's still a bitch.
