I worked with a group with a good sense of humour who told me, as true as may be expected, that the community next to them was quite religous and acted out the cruxifixion on Easter on a regular basis.
One year the man playing Jesus was naked except for his loincloth as usual and managed to get excited beyond good manners while crucified during the service. The crowd shouted out. "Jesus has a boner, Jesus has a boner..." |
