Dangerous title. But I was wondering if any writers would care to share how they made a mistake on story or snippet, etc & didn't realize it until later? Calls for some honesty!
I'll start: Although I know there are several I've committed, I placed Yosemite Sam joining the Fantastic Four in spoof over Disney takeover of Marvel Comics. Yosemite Sam, of course, is a Warner brothers charactor.
